Specifications include, but are not limited to: Supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment and permits as necessary and required to perform services as described herein. • Shut down existing 2 Marvair units electricity, high & low voltage, and safe removal of old refrigerate • Remove and dispose of existing 2 Marvair units • Supply and install 2 efficient units in the original location the meets or exceeds current the specifications • Install replacement grills and thermostats with the installation • High & Low Electrical to be reconnected by properly certified personnel. • Perform factory start up and programming of system and test for proper operation of system. • Verify all connections are properly connected and secured and no leaks are present. • Obtain any necessary permits and/or inspections.
