Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected contractor will provide the following legal referral services to Invest EAP Enrollees: a. An initial 30-minute telephone or in-person consultation with an attorney per legal matter. b. A network of referral attorneys within Vermont and surrounding region. i. All network attorneys must be admitted to the state bar in their respective state without restriction and in good standing. ii. All network attorneys must procure and maintain professional liability insurance for any and all services performed, with minimum coverage of $500,000 per occurrence, and $500,000 aggregate. c. All network referral attorney shall offer services to Invest EAP Enrollees at a preferred rate reduction of 25% off the attorney's normal hourly or fixed fee rates for ongoing legal work after the initial consultation. d. All network referral attorneys must represent all common areas of law.
