Specifications include, but are not limited to: (1) Host and maintain an adoption exchange website. (2) 40 hour a week telephone coverage for inquiries about Alaska children listed on the exchange. (3) The services of a nationwide toll free telephone number. (4) Develop and write profiles for Alaska children and rewrites as needed. (5) Post profiles of Alaska children and their updates on the adoption exchange website for an unlimited number of children. (6) Register each Alaska child on the AdoptUsKids website including pictures. (7) Update the AdoptUsKids profiles and pictures with new information as it is added to the contractor’s profiles. (8) Daily service to family email inquiries received about Alaskan children from the contractor’s adoption exchange. (9) Daily checks in the AdoptUsKids database, for each child, to respond to inquiries that come from that site. (10) Forward inquiries from both the contractor’s adoption exchange and AdoptUsKids, including family narrative and contact information, to OCS State Office Adoption Staff and designated partners (if any). (11) Provide a quarterly report on the activities of the contractor’s adoption exchange outlining the following data: a. number of children registered by month and year to date. b. number of children removed from the exchange listing.
