Workforce Solution is seeking innovative, customer service-oriented, dependable and reliable contractor(s) to understand our purpose, mission, vision, and values as a system. To take these core principles and deliver to our communities throughout the region. Workforce Solutions is the largest workforce board in Texas and the 4th largest in the country, with a reputation built on trust and innovation. The expectation is for contractor(s) to continue that same practice for internal/external customers for a seamless experience throughout the system. Employer Service must continue attracting new business and developing talent by working closely with employers and designing solutions that fit their needs. This division will continue to be integrated with the career offices, financial aid support center, financial aid payment office, adult education, and vocation rehabilitation to ensure Workforce Solutions delivers the service it sells.
