Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Supply and Install LED lights to replicate what is shown in Figure 1 “holiday outline lights”. Lights are to be installed on East elevation only of the building and three sides of the clock tower. 2. Installation must be completed by December 1, 2022. 3. The lights must be energy efficient warm-colored, weather resistant LED, to replicate historic holiday lights, and capable of being left up year-round. The installation must be inconspicuous when not energized. 4. The lights shall be based on string lights to replicate the look of historic incandescent bulbs when lit and not a continuousline such as modern LED “rope lights”. The lights are required to be spaced at approximately six (6”) inches apart. 5. The lights are not required to be programmable to different colors, yet provide this as an option if available.
