The overarching goals of this RFP are to streamline operations, increase customer satisfaction, and maintain compliance of parking rules through the implementation of innovative technology. The City is seeking only those proposers that are qualified and willing to partner with the City to implement the most efficient and customer-centric parking experience for residents, employees, and visitors to the City of Ketchum. The Scope of Services includes: o Telephone and website support services. Bilingual live customer support from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM MST Monday – Friday. Bilingual Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR) available 24/7. and live customer support. o Entry of manual citations. o Mail and payment processing services including: Payment processing for mailed-in payments via Contractor Post Office box. Adjudication. o Online portal for citation processes. Technical support for website customers by phone/email. o License Plate Recognition (LPR) integration with LPR contractor Vigilant. o Ongoing training for City staff, along with technical support and maintenance. o Reporting. o Delinquent collections including, but not limited to: Noticing.
