Task 1: Continuity Ensure the continuation of all relevant previously developed classes for Workforce Solutions system staff. This includes training which defines ethical behavior, promotes leadership development, teamwork, coaching and effective communication experiences for managers, supervisors, and line staff. This also includes continuing the on-boarding academy. Continuation of these classes involves securing needed facilities and equipment, producing and delivering accessible materials, scheduling instructors, and providing any needed accommodations. Provide or arrange for annual education of all Workforce Solutions system staff on the following topics: • Diversity, Inclusion, & Preventing Discrimination • Equal Opportunity • Sexual Harassment • Disability Awareness and Accessibility • Domestic Violence Awareness • Human Trafficking • Serving Individuals Experiencing Homelessness • Dealing with Difficult Customers.
