Specifications include, but are not limited to: The property is a part of War Memorial Park located between W. 12th Street and I-630 along Jonesboro Dr. proposed parcel size is approximately 3.3 acres.; A. For a qualified applicant to lease the City property outlined herein; The vendor shall be capable of meeting all requirements set by State law, City code, and the soliciting department.; B. To continue the “City in a Park” vision as expressed in the City Parks Master Plan.; C. To integrate the leased facility into a park setting that shall include the current and future plans of a separated trail system connecting W. 12th street across I-630 and any reconfiguration of any roadway alignments that may be impacted. Future and conceptual plans shall be provided to the successful vendor prior to contract assignment.; D. The lessor shall be bound by the City’s authority over the property lease and any approval(s) for the type of development that may occur on the property shall exclusively come from Parks and Recreation’s review and discretion.
