Specifications include, but are not limited to: KIB is responsible for maintaining several commercial vehicles and from time to time needs automotive repairs or maintenance of varying nature. Bidder shall provide rates for each item noted below in Description of Services. Bidders shall also provide a hourly rate for work outside of the regular services, and a mark up percentage for parts required. Occasionally KIB finds itself in need of emergency or after hour vehicle services or repairs, and Bidders shall provide a hourly rate for emergency services. The Company responding to this request for bids will be asked to respond to emergency situations within two hours of receiving the notification. If requested by the Borough, Bidders should be able to document successful work history exceeding five (5) years in areas of interest and be able to provide credentials and certifications approved by the applicable regulating authority for the work needed.
