Specifications include, but are not limited to: Conduct an assessment including recommendations for mitigation to protect the Port of Skagway from the rockslide adjacent to the Port of Skagway, above the Railroad Dock on Alaska State Land Survey (ASLS) 2007-36 according to Plat 2017-6. The proposal must include plans for accomplishing the following: • Identifying geological features and characteristics at the top of the rockslide area and providing detailed GIS maps. • Conducting a systematic and detailed geological assessment of the property. This should include thorough subsurface testing and may require ground penetrating radar. • Identifying, documenting, and evaluating features and areas at risk for rockfall. • Providing recommendations for a rockfall mitigation and safety plan. • Providing rough order of magnitude costs for mitigation and safety efforts
