Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Evaluate the facility against the door installation requirements and provide a determination outlining the best method to be utilized in order to meet the general requirements of the door manufacturer. The Contractor will provide immediate notification to project manager (PM) of any concerns.; b. Supply all material and equipment necessary to complete the project. All products installed will have the appropriate fire rating for the area in which being installed.; c. Ensure all material is installed per manufacturer’s specifications and in compliance with all national door installation standards.; d. Replace and properly label all electrical fixtures.; e. Clean work area and secure site daily.; a. Door Requirements.: i. Each overhead door unit and all operating components will be supplied by the Contractor as a direct replacement in the style of what is currently in place to include material, like windows, paint color, and safety stripping.; b. Opener Requirements.: i. Openers will be 115v, single phase power, one horse power motors or greater, equipped with chain hoist, three button control stations, and constant contact to close.; c. Electrical Requirements.: i. The Contractor will ensure that each overhead door opener unit is equipped with a dedicated electrical circuit.
