Minimum Width - 102 inches. Loaded height approximately 33 inches. Full width knife edge approach plate air operated with switch with under ride protection. Construction: Unit shall be heavy duty, tensile strength of steel throughout shall be industry standard, including side channels. Side channels or I-Beam perimeter frame shall be integrally welded to the frame cross members and complete unit shall be welded with suitable cross bracing. Platform shall be constructed of minimum 1-1/2-inch nominal hard wood decking. Manufacturer’s standard platform-cushioning cylinder(s) shall be provided. Hitch: Hitch shall be three-inch pintle hook eye type with adjustable coupler 18.5” to 30” hitch height. Seven-foot tongue shall be of a "straight through" design complete with adjustable two speed screw jack type tongue support (minimum 25,000 lb. lift capacity) retractable to clear for traveling. Suspension: Suspension system shall be Hutch H-9700 triple axle with dual tires. Tires and Wheels: Tires and wheels shall be capable of supporting the GVW of the trailer with a full load at a towing speed of 55 mph. Oil seal hubs shall be supplied on each wheel. Wheels must be steel hub piloted type disc. Hub meter shall be provided. Axles: Three (3) axles to be minimum 22,500lbs each structural capacity with dual wheels, hub meter with oil sealed hubs. Brakes: Anti-locking braking system shall be full air, cam type, with automatic slack adjusters meeting or exceeding all I.C.C. and D.O.T. requirements for 60,000lb GVW load capacity rated trailers. All hoses, lines, connectors, etc., necessary for connecting to the towing vehicle shall be provided. Electrical: Unit shall be equipped with all LED lighting and wiring (12 volt), heavy duty jacketed cable required, necessary to meet or exceed all current state and federal regulations. Trailer receptacle shall be a 7-pole male end.
