Specifications include, but are not limited to: Aging and Disability Services Division, Desert Regional Center, is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to establish a contract with a credible and efficient service provider for linen and laundry services. The following services are required as part of the contract proposal: 1. Provide linen and laundry services to Desert Regional Center Intermediate Care Facility. 2. Deliver clean linens weekly on Tuesdays AND Thursdays. 3. Pick up soiled linens weekly on Tuesdays OR Thursdays. Linens will be in good to excellent condition free of holes and tears. Specific items and quantities of needed items will be determined by the Custodial Supervisor and communicated directly to vendor on an as needed basis. Please provide quotes on the purchase and laundry service of the following items: • Twin Fitted Sheets • Queen Fitted Sheets • Pillowcases • Mattress Pads (incontinent pads) • Bio-Hazard bags • Bath Towels • Hand Towels • Bath Mats (floor mats) • Wash clothes (face towels) • Microfiber Cleaning Towels • Dish towels (kitchen towels) • Microfiber Dust Mops
