Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor, the Contractor’s agents, representatives, and subcontractors (“Contractor”) shall provide all equipment, materials, labor, and related professional services (including field oversight) to effectuate the permanent plugging of a specified number of documented1 or undocumented2 orphaned, abandoned oil and/or natural gas wells located within a defined geographic region. Under the terms of this contract, the Contractor shall have the exclusive right3 to the plugging of orphaned, abandoned wells within the contract region. Within the region identified in Section 1.2, the Contractor shall perform the following essential functions completely and lawfully, and in full compliance with this Contract, any obtained permits, and all rules and regulations governing these respective activities. ● Well location, identification, inspection, and prioritization ● Permitting ● Well plugging ● Wellsite reclamation ● Reporting
