Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract for Laboratory services that includes globally-lab integration for receiving labs who can provide services to include a phlebotomist and courier services to the State of New Hampshire Veterans Home (NHVH) with services indicated in the SCOPE OF SERVICES and OFFER sections of this bid invitation, in accordance with the requirements of this bid invitation and any resulting contract. ; Vendor shall supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment and permits as necessary and required to perform services as described herein. The NHVH proposes to enter into an agreement with a Vendor to provide Laboratory services that includes globally-lab integration for receiving labs who can provide services to include a phlebotomist and currier services.
