Specifications include, but are not limited to: TRS is seeing qualified staffing companies that can provide skilled personnel to assist TRS business units with a wide range of short-term and long-term staffing requirements. TRS anticipates awarding multiple Contractor(s), hourly rate-priced contract(s) to meet the personnel requirements of the various business units within TRS. TRS is seeking a diverse range of job categories within the following business units: Benefits Services Business Administration Customer Services Executive Finance/Accounting Health & Insurance Benefits Operations (HIB) Investment Management Internal Audit Procurement and Contracts While the above is a general summary of Services, specific requirements may differ depending upon the project. Therefore, qualified temporary staffing agencies should provide pricing ranges for a variety of temporary employees, including professional candidates, customer services candidates, and administrative service candidates. Contract awards, if made, may be issued to Contractors who submit qualifications for those job categories indicated above and whose qualifications are considered to be “most qualified” for services solicited in this RFQ. The respondents may submit qualifications on one (1), all or any combination of job categories of their choice, however, the Respondent shall do the following to be considered for evaluation for award: Respondent must provide complete information along with qualifications, Price, and Additional Response Documents for each job category it intends to be considered for evaluation and possible contract award. Additional Response documents can be found in the PAVES. There is no minimum or maximum limit on the number of Candidate Request Form that may be issued to Contractor(s). TRS may issue a Candidate Request Form requiring performance at multiple locations statewide. TRS reserves the right, at any time (including after an award hereunder), to either adjust or cancel any order(s). Any order(s) issued during the effective period of this Contract and not completed within that period shall be completed by the Contractor within the time specified in the Candidate Request Form. The Contract shall govern the Contractor's and TRS’ rights and obligations concerning any and all active Candidate Request Forms to the same extent as if the Candidate Request Form were completed during the Contract’s effective period. Each TRS business unit that utilizes temporary staffing services under the Contract will have an assigned TRS Hiring Manager.
