Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Work shall take place at sixteen (16) locations owned and operated by the Oak Lawn Park District as follows: Centennial Pool Johnston Center Racquet, Fitness & Columbus Manor Park Little White Building Gymnastics Center Community Pavilion Maintenance Building Stony Creek Golf Course Dream Center Memorial Park Wolfe Wildlife Refuge Firehouse Menard Activity Center Worthbrook Park Ice Arena Oak View Center The work includes, but is not limited to, sealcoating and restriping of existing asphalt paving, including patching and repair of deteriorated paving as required. Work is to be awarded as a single contract. Refer to the Drawings and Project Manual for the full extent of the Work.
