Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Project involves upgrades and replacements to the HVAC Direct Digital Control Systems at two Oregon Department of Forestry administrative sites: 1) ODF’s Main Campus Headquarters (SITE 1), and 2) ODF’s Tillamook Forest Center (SITE 2). The selected Contractor shall complete all the work in connection with the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents. This work includes but is not limited to all demolition, wiring, re-wiring, communication devices, HVAC/DDC control equipment, and all necessary items and devices as required for a complete and functioning HVAC/DDC system that is integrated with existing fire alarm systems, is programmed, and fully operational and functional. In addition, the work includes the replacement of any power supplies, emergency backup batteries, enclosures, and end-of-line device resistors as required by the hardware manufacturer(s) for a complete and functional system. Implementation of this project will occur during ODF’s normal business operating hours.
