Specifications include, but are not limited to: Gathering information relative to the process of establishing a contract for Aluminum Sign Blanks, Planks for the State of New Hampshire. Vendor’s products must meet the following requirement: (i) Vendor agrees to certify that all steel furnished under this contract shall be of prime quality, clean and manufactured to meet current A.I.S.I. or A.S.T.M. specifications as called for. Dimensions and tolerances to be per domestic manufacturer. (ii) Vendor shall agree that all steel sold, furnished and delivered shall be covered at bidder's expense by a Certificate of Compliance with above paragraph when requested, one copy of certificate to the Bureau of Purchase and Property and one copy to the ordering agency. (iii) Individual product quantities to be 12,000 LBS or less per each order. It is mutually agreed that if the products sold, furnished and delivered by the vendor do not conform to the standards established by Certificate of Compliance, the State reserves the right to purchase elsewhere charging any additional costs against monies owed by the State to the vendor. The contract bidder shall provide MSDS sheets, specification sheets, engineering data and a price catalog of all products specified in this bid plus all normally stocked products not specifically listed in bid to all utilizing State agencies at the agency’s request, as well as the Bureau of Purchase and Property upon request and at no charge.
