Communicate that vision throughrenderings and conceptual work.2.Assess the current and projected uses of the surrounding space and how the entrance structureimpacts access to these uses. It is critical thatcommunity engagement in this process be accessible, engaging, and frequent.4.Work closely and regularly with City staff and key stakeholder groups, including the U.S. ArmyCorps of Engineers, throughout the design process. Monthly progress meetings shall beexpected to occur, with additional meetings and/or presentations to be held if necessary.5.Assess and develop designs that incorporate public art, facilitate improved connectivity betweenthe Greenway and downtown community, and that utilize CPTED (crime prevention throughenvironmental design).
