Specifications include, but are not limited to: - Power washing all surfaces due to chalk and peeling paint - Repair any rotted wood on buildings - Cedar wood to be used on all areas where applicable. - Prime all bare wood o Apply “DTM” bonding primer to all metal areas. o Apply “Kem-Kromik” industrial primer to all rust areas - Caulk all cracks, joints, etc. as needed. - Paint all exterior areas of identified buildings. - Includes metal guttering and downspouts. - Colors – Customer’s Choice - Sherwin Williams material o “Duration” satin finish for all wood areas o “DTM” industrial satin finish for all metal areas. o “Duration” flat finish for miscellaneous areas. o Industrial alklyd satin finish for all misc. miscellaneous steel & etc areas.
