NARRATIVE: Staggered delivery in three shipments over an 8-month period is required in accordance with the schedule indicated in the “SCHEDULE” specification on page 11. Note: Awardee must produce the entire 2,800,000 quantity upon receipt of order and securely store the portion of the job that is scheduled for later delivery. It will not be acceptable to produce each shipment separately immediately prior to delivery. The forms must be on hand, ready to go on schedule without delay and without price changes due to fluctuating paper costs. Awardee may invoice and receive payment for the full documented quantity and all associated storage upon completion of the production run. FORMAT: This is a single 8-1/2” x 11” sheet printed 1/0 in reflex blue (no bleeds), microperforated into equal thirds, and delivered flat, shrink-wrapped in 250’s. See image on page 12. STOCK: White 28 lb. bond suitable for laser printing. If this paper is available off the shelf with 30% or more postconsumer waste content, then you must quote it that way. However if 30% PCW content can only be had by means of a special making order, then please quote on a stock item that is readily available having the highest PCW content available; and if only virgin-fiber paper is readily available off the shelf, then please quote on that and indicate why. NOTE: According to New Hampshire Statute, RSA Chapter 9-C: 9, I, effective September 9, 2008, “uncoated printing and writing paper purchased by or for state agencies shall contain not less than 30% recycled material and coated printing paper purchased by or for state agencies shall contain not less than 10% recycled material.” In this context, “recycled material” shall be construed to mean “postconsumer waste material”, as given in the definitions under RSA Chapter 9-C: 2, IV. If NH Bureau of Graphic Services determines that this standard can be met without special-making the paper, then any bid based on a lower level of recycled content may be disqualified. The image will be a printed-on “watermark” (not Fourdrinier-made) of the Great Seal of the State of New Hampshire, appearing in three locations on the page.
