Specifications include, but are not limited to: Survey Services shall be performed in the following sequence unless otherwise directed by the Contracting Agency: A. Research; B. Pre-Work Meeting with ADOT&PF; C. Control Survey; D. Aerial Photography/Photogrammetry (NIC); E. Topographic/Planimetric Survey; Control surveys include establishing horizontal and vertical control points as directed by the Contracting Agency. The Contractor shall prepare a Survey Control Diagram (SCD) showing the results of the control survey. The SCD will be a recorded document, and as such, will need to meet certain criteria. All points used or tied as a part of these control surveys shall be included in the project coordinate file and shown on the SCD.
