Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Montana, State Procurement Bureau, on behalf of the State of Montana Department of Commerce, is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations for services necessary to engage stakeholders across the state in the creation of the Montana Community Planning Platform (MCPP). The Montana Community Planning Platform (MCPP) would be a centralized platform that analyzes, models, and reports on the information critical to community planning projects that will have the greatest impact on the economic vitality of the state and Montana communities. The ultimate objective of the MCPP is to make it easier and more efficient for communities and other stakeholders to access information needed for community and economic development planning.
