Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain sealed proposals to conduct compliance monitoring of ARPA State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (SLFRF) and/or Capital Projects Fund (CPF) Recipients & Subrecipients. It is the goal of the RFP to identify vendors and execute contracts to meet the State’s need to ensure Recipients and Subrecipients are in compliance with ARPA SLFRF Final Rule, the ARPA SLFRF Reporting & Compliance Guidance, and the upcoming ARPA CPF Reporting & Compliance Guidance. In addition to compliance monitoring of ARPA funding, compliance monitoring of subrecipients receiving funds through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), also known as the Investment, Infrastructure and Jobs Act (IIJA), may be necessary. Additional guidance will be provided as it is obtained from the Federal Government; • Meet pandemic response needs; • Build a stronger, more equitable economy in communities hit hard by COVID-19; • Provide immediate and ongoing economic stabilization for impacted households and businesses; • Address systemic public health, public safety, and economic challenges
