Specifications include, but are not limited to: : Removing areas of existing roofing system down to the existing concrete deck to facilitate installation of vertical roof top anchors as shown and called for on the drawings. Remove areas of existing membrane and base flashing down to the surface of concrete curbs to facilitate installation of horizontal anchors shown and detailed on the drawings. Furnishing and installing 103± total anchors for use by suspended maintenance work platforms, window washing scaffolding and rope descent systems. Patching and repairing existing roofing and flashing where disturbed by the anchors' installation utilizing approved roofing materials and methods matching the exiting roofing system. Remove and restore existing ceiling systems below the disturbed roof areas, as required to access the structure at anchor locations. Protecting mechanical and electrical items of equipment, wall finishes, floor finishes, computers, desks, and furnishings in all occupied areas where roofing and structural deck systems will be disturbed by installation of the roof topanchors. Cleaning up and removing construction debris and waste materialsfrom the roof and any occupied spaces on a daily basis.
