Specifications include, but are not limited to: New Castle County is seeking competitive proposals for property appraisals to be used for acquisition of land, real property and easements. Bidders shall submit proposals showing how they intend to provide the services required by New Castle County. Bidders shall provide pricing as specified and complete the attached questionnaire. Vendors must be Licensed Real Property Appraisers: Certified Residential Real Property Appraisers; or Certified General Real Property Appraisers licensed in the State of Delaware. Under Section I, written appraisals shall be supplied to the County department within thirty (30) days of the County’s request or as agreed upon by the County and the Vendor. Under Sections II and III, written appraisals shall be supplied as agreed upon by the County and the Vendor. All appraisal reports shall conform to and be subject to the requirements of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice of the Appraisal Foundation.
