Specifications include, but are not limited to: Correspond with the Contract Manager to coordinate staffing levels with upcoming work; Correspond with the Contract Manager upon receiving work orders to determine scope of work; Coordinate with the Contract Manager to procure necessary materials or pick up spare parts; Coordinate traffic control measures with the Contract Manager and district personnel; Coordinate with electrical, telephone, and other utilities for location of services; Supervise traffic control work; Perform on-site management of installation tasks; Perform initial or simple field troubleshooting; Coordinate with equipment manufacturers to resolve problems; Perform field device replacement, calibration, installation and rebooting; Perform installation tasks; Perform device rebooting; Perform traffic control work; Perform inspection, inventory and testing; Perform preventative maintenance; Perform coaxial and fiber terminations; Perform inspections and quality control functions; Manage the Laborer(s) and Equipment Operator; Complete/Review daily field sheets; Review monthly billing reports for accuracy; Provide technical support and training for the Laborer(s); Provide technical information to the Contract Manager; Act as primary contact between the Contractor and the Contract Manager; Perform shipping and receiving functions for warranty replacement; Maintenance of monitoring systems
