Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Awardee will provide Plain Language Training to DEC staff members who will go on to train additional DEC staff. This is a “train the trainers” style learning event. The Awardee will coordinate with the Technical Project Manager (TPM) to schedule the final dates and locations (or electronic platforms) for two live training sessions with approximately 18 attendees per session (approximately 36 attendees total). The Awardee will submit finalized Plain Language Training curriculum content to the TPM at least 4 weeks before the scheduled live training sessions. The content includes but is not limited to the final curriculum outline and schedule, program handouts, electronic learning materials, links referenced within the curriculum / discussion, final case study (i.e., a permit application edited and written in plain language), and final survey taken by attendees to evaluate the Plain Language Training. The Awardee will coordinate with the TPM to finalize this survey.
