Specifications include, but are not limited to: All materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, mobilization, demobilization, lodging, per diem and supervision necessary to provide, place, and compact Crushed Aggregate Surface Course (Aggregate Gradation Requirements for E-1 in the Standard Specifications for Airport Construction, revised 1/1/20) or material approved by the Department Representative prior to contract award for the Scammon Bay Airport. The Contractor shall place the Crushed Aggregate Surface Course on the Airport in areas designated by the Department’s Representative. All work including but not limited to mobilization, demobilization, lodging, per diem, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, labor and supervision are subsidiary to the item of work in the Bid Schedule.
