Specifications include, but are not limited to: An Open End Master Agreement to provide rental of medical equipment, i.e. concentrators, nebulizers, CPAP and BiPap, with regular monthly checks of all equipment. Oxygen Concentrators, must be portable and a minimum of 1.5 Liters per minute 3.1.1.1.1. Vendor will provide backup concentrator within same day in the event of machine failure. Vendor will provide emergency services after 5:00 PM, weekends and holidays. Pricing for these services must be included in the base rate on pricing sheet. 3.1.1.1.2 Vendor will be responsible for all cost of repairs to any concentrator that fails during the normal course of operation. 3.1.1.1.3 Vendor will deliver portable concentrators same day as ordered unless specified by the facility. Delivery charges must be included in the base rate on the pricing sheet. 3.1.1.1.4 Vendor will supply appropriate training for operation of oxygen concentrator and schedule monthly service checks with documentation of same.
