Amount of Space: Offerors are invited to submit proposals that meet any of the following space requirements: Approximately 5,000 square feet of office space (see attached Conceptual Schematic Floor Plan.) Space should include a conference room, restrooms accessible to the public, restrooms that are accessible for staff only, approximately 14 hard offices or offices constructed of modular furniture. Parking Requirement: Twenty (20) parking spaces located on-site or in close proximity (approximately 1/10 mile) to the leased premises. Landlord shall provide this parking at no additional cost.
