Specifications include, but are not limited to: implement a multi-faceted student engagement platform System Solution with the ability to connect students, faculty, and staff with current University processes and strategic initiatives. The implementation and deployment of a student engagement platform System Solution (at minimum), will provide, the University with the ability to: Track attendance Advertise public events Create forum for student organizations to register and operate Host forms for surveys and administrative processes Provide relevant information in a user-friendly format for students, faculty, and staff Straightforward and uncomplicated API integration into UA existing technologies to support transfer of student information, financial transaction information, SSO, and other features Use engagement data more efficiently when studying retention to the University and being more strategic with interventions to increase overall retention and graduation rates to be reported annually to the campus community Hosting 75% of events within the Division of Student Affairs on the platform .
