Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide forensic accident reconstruction, consultation, expert witness, and supportservices for the Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney (TCCDA); 1.Forensic crash reconstruction, inspections and other possible testing.2.Review of law enforcement case files to evaluate the need for or the qualityof crash reconstruction and crime scene review in vehicular crash casesand to make recommendations on what additional work, if any, is needed.3.Assist the TCCDA by providing information of the type provided byTexasRules of Evidence 702, 703 and 705.4.Provide expert testimony consistent with theTexas Rules of EvidenceandTexas Criminal Procedure Code and Rules.5.Assist the TCCDA with continuing legal education, law enforcementtraining, and speaking presentations.6.Subcontracting will not be allowed for this contract.
