Specifications include, but are not limited to: Recruiting consulting services to assist VRT in a search for a new Executive Director. The objective of this project is to work closely in consultation with VRT’s Human Resources consultant and Search Committee of the Board of Directors to identify and successfully hire the next Executive Director of Valley Regional Transit, a public, two-county regional transportation authority with a population of over 700,000 residents. VRT is seeking quotes for one or both of the approaches below: 1. Conduct a national search of qualified candidates and provide VRT a selection of the top five-to-seven candidates to go through an internal selection process, and 2. Provide full service executive recruitment with the top two-to-three candidates presented to the Board Search Committee
