Specifications include, but are not limited to: REPAIR ONE (1) JOHN DEERE 5425 TRACTOR: The unit will start and run, but is losing fuel pressure over night and is very hard to initially start in the morning. The fuel system is suspected to be bleeding off somewhere. Possibly needs injectors, fuel lines and lift pump. The contractor will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing. REPAIR ONE (1) JOHN DEERE Z997R ZERO TURN MOWER: The unit will start and run, but the blades will not engage. The PTO switch or the PTO itself is suspected to have failed. The contractor will be responsible for checking the electrical system, switch and PTO clutch. REPAIR ONE (1) 1998 DODGE RAM 1500: The unit is making a very loud popping sound from the front end whenever it hits a bump. The ball joints and control arm bushings are suspected of becoming faulty. The contractor will be responsible for replacing the ball joints and control arm bushings, as well as the shocks. REPAIR ONE (1) JOHN DEERE 10K FROKLIFT: The unit is leaking oil into the cab, possibly from the hydraulic controls, creating a slipping hazard for the operator. It is also leaking from the steering cylinder under the machine where it pivots. The contractor will be responsible for repairing the leaks and possibly repacking the steering cylinders. REPAIR ONE (1) CASE FRONT END LOADER: The throttle in this unit is sticking while this unit is being used, causing a very big safety risk for the operator and anyone else near the machine. The contractor will be responsible for the repair or replacement of the accelerator system. REPAIR ONE (1) TANDEM ROLLER: The unit has a blown head gasket and received some damages to the exhaust while being transported. The contractor will be responsible for repairing both head gasket and exhaust, as well as getting the fuel system functional. REPAIR ONE (1) 1994 INTERNATIONAL SINGLE AXLE DUMPTRUCK: The unit smokes badly when in use. The fuel injectors are suspected of being cracked and allowing the engine to run very rich on fuel, causing it to smoke. The contractor will be responsible for replacing the injectors, fuel filters and flushing the fuel system. REPAIR ONE (1) CATERPILLAR EXTENDED REACH FORKLIFT: The unit is leaking coolant from one of the radiator hoses, causing the unit to overheat. The contractor will be responsible for replacing the hoses and clamps, thermostat and fluids and flushing the radiator. REPAIR ONE (1) 1998 FORD CROWN VICTORIA: The unit is popping in the front end when cornering. The ball joints are suspected of being bad. The contractor will be responsible for replacing all steering and suspension components on the front end of the vehicle. REPAIR ONE (1) HYSTER 3K FORKLIFT: The unit will not start. When this vehicle is being cranked to start, it cranks very quickly and has no compression. It is believed the timing chain is broken. The contractor will be responsible for checking the head to make sure none of the valves are bent, as well as replacing the timing chain.
