Specifications include, but are not limited to: Upon award, the Contractor must design, print (in English), and deliver Maps as per the specifications detailed below. The following are specifications for the Maps, including reprints. Print quality and ink coverage must remain consistent on all printed materials. Artwork Artwork for the cover side of the map will be furnished by ITD in “.pdf” format to the Contractor within fourteen (14) calendar days after award. Map Layout Size: Flat Maps must be 17 3/4 in. x 35 7/8 in., bleeds two (2) sides. Folded and finished to 4 in. x 8 7/8 in. Folding: Maps must be folded using eight (8) equal accordion folds and one (1) right-angle fold to a finish size of 4 in. x 8 7/8 in. Front cover must be on the outside after folding. Ink: Maps must be printed in four (4) colors, on both sides of the sheet using a Pantone Matching System (PMS) color guide, as designated by ITD. The finished Maps must be printed in the same format, (e.g., color, font, page layout, etc.) as the artwork provided to the Contractor by ITD. Paper must be 60# ultra-matte or equivalent. If bidding an equivalent, Bidder must provide a sample with bid response.
