Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is the intent of the RTAA to select a qualified Contractor to furnish a 40,000 cfm mechanical frame style air handling unit, a manufacturer’s pre-fabricated seismic roof curb , and to provide all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, transportation services, warranty, and all incidental items necessary to provide the scope of work entitled “AHU-1 Procurement” per the drawings, plans and specifications provided herein as Attachment D, Project Manual, subject to all terms and conditions contained in this ITB.; Currently, the RTAA expects to receive, and if approved, proceed with a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) construction method for the anticipated Ticketing Hall Expansion Project. However, due to the recent global pandemic and other geo-political influences, it is anticipated that the long-lead time for the Equipment will extend beyond the anticipated schedule of the CMAR construction timeline. As such, the RTAA is issuing this solicitation in advance to ensure a timely procurement of the Equipment. Additionally, it is understood, and the RTAA will adhere to, the requirements of Nevada Revised Statute (NRS) §338.1423 with regards to payment of any state and local taxes.
