Specifications include, but are not limited to: Interested contractors for an upcoming construction project at our Wilmington, DE Maintenance Facility location. 1.The Building is an Engineered pre-fabricate steel structure with a PVC membrane of a concrete slab. The approximate building dimensions are 130’x 180’. 2.The building was installed in late 2006 and the outer skin membrane has reached its life expectancy. 3.Along the vertical walls there are wood panels, electrical panels and electrical outlets. On the upper section of the wall there are ventilation/exhaust fans. 4.There are four roll up doors on either side of the building. 5.The ceiling structure is supporting fans, gas heaters, and led lights. 6.There a number of machine and tooling equipment inside the building. 7. There are storage shelves; two the storage selves anchored on the floor and a number of steel bolts/nuts storage bins anchor on the wooded partition wall. The project involves replacementof the membrane on the prefabricated Component Shop building. The building isapproximately 23,400 SF, 1 story.
