Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project includes obtaining permits from RI state offices, review of existing conditions, removal and disposal of bituminous asphalt, concrete sidewalk, and restoration of select landscape features & lawns. New improvements include installation of concrete sidewalks, road patching, drainage, electrical & data conduit and products. At the discretion of the owner contractor shall install temporary perimeter construction fencing (6ft chain link fence) and safety barricades or road plates as required by RIC. After construction is completed Contractor shall remove the temporary fencing from the site.; 1. Installation of new sidewalks, curb and ramps along Cole Road and Library Road. Work includes drainage improvements, grading and pavement reduction.; A. Scope of demolition and removal work is required by the contractor as required to install all improvements shown on the Site Plan Set.; B. Scope of alterations work is shown on drawings and/or as specified herein.; C. Site modifications: Proposed new sidewalks, ramps, curb and drainage improvements;
