Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vertical Tanks must have a minimum operating capacity of 6,500 gallons, but no larger than 8,100 gallons.; Vertical Tanks must be made from 1/4" A-36 carbon steel.; Vertical Tanks must be insulated with a minimum of 3" fiberglass and covered with aluminum jacketing for all weather protection. Any portion of tank that can not be insulated in this or other ways described in these specifications must be primed and painted.; Each Tank must include broke plate shipping/mounting saddles with lifting eyes on all four corners.; Each Tank must include 3" internal overflow/vent.; Emulsion Storage Tanks must be equipped with a heating system that is designed to heat asphalt emulsions consistently and safely.; Each Tank must maintain up to 210F material inside based on 70F ambient temperature.
