Specifications include, but are not limited to: perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. Theselected firm will be required to provide Pavement Design, Geotechnical Investigation, Environmental Documentation, all PermitApplications, Topographic Survey, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, Engineering and Staking) and Title Research,Utility Coordination, Hydraulic Analysis/Design as needed, and Construction Phase Services. Tree Clearing is also anticipated on theseprojects. Additional services may also be required such as, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations, Historical/ArchitecturalInvestigations, if these work-types become necessary.
