Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firms shall provide engineering services that include the review of all plan submittal stages and supporting documents. The Consultant shall be responsible for project reviews as directed by the INDOT Division of Highway Design and/or the INDOT Division of Bridge Engineering. Project Reviews will be required for both State and LPA Projects. Project reviews will include checking all Level 1 design criteria, identified Level 2 design criteria, and an overall plan top check. In addition, at defined time intervals full reviews, cross reviews and element reviews will also be required. All On-Call contracts are on an as-needed basis and there is a possibility that no assignments will be made
