The selected firm will perform Preliminary Engineering and Plan Development Services necessary to produce the construction contract documents, including the following services: Environmental Documentation Preparation, Topographic Survey Data Collection, Utility Coordination, and other services as needed.; Some of the potentially needed services include, Geotechnical Services, Pavement Design, and Permits.; The selected consultant?s fee proposal shall be 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item.
