Specifications include, but are not limited to: Phased demolition and phased installation of all equipment and materials and support for commissioning/start-up/testing of the Contractor and Owner supplied equipment associated with the construction of a Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Fueling Station Upgrade. 1. StarTran (the “Owner”) has purchased, under separate contract, the major CNG station components to be installed under this contract. This equipment is being supplied FOB site by the Owner. The Contractor shall at their own expense off load, place and anchor this equipment to its permanent location as per the phasing plan described in this section. 2. The Contractor shall perform a detailed review before the bid submission of all documentation made available by the Owner related to the Appendix B Owner Supplied Equipment scope. The Owner will supply all major equipment as well as some minor equipment including some of the required valves, filters and the like. Any equipment or materials not specifically called out in Appendix B scope and this specification section, but required to perform a complete final installation as per these bid documents shall be considered to be in the Contractor’s scope.
