Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) from consulting firms to provide a system-wide origin-destination study of travel patterns, transit use, and other aspects of transportation information to RTC Staff. The origin-destination survey will include RTC thirty five (35) resident routes, two (2) Strip and Downtown routes, and four (2) freeway express routes. This Origin Destination Study Project will include an on-to-off survey and an on-board survey to collect transit passenger information by route and geographical area for on, off, origin, boarding, alighting, destination, trip purpose, access and egress modes, and demographic information. The consultant will be responsible for collecting data from transit riders throughout the RTC’s system in a manner that is consistent with current on-board survey practices.
