Specifications include, but are not limited to: UNTS is seeking competitive bid responses from NACES members for the review of international credential evaluation, peak months of January, February, March, and September, October, and November.; 3.2.1. Evaluation of an estimated 3500 international transcripts primarily from India over the contract term(s).; 3.2.2. Responsive vendors need to provide flexible options that address international evaluations needs efficiently, immediately, and in a cost-effective way.; 3.2.3. Applications received are mostly for graduate programs, primarily international credentials from India.; 3.2.4. The evaluation can be based on scans of official documents and is intended for the internal, exclusive use of UNT.; 3.2.5. Applicant students are not provided information on the evaluation.; 3.2.6. Vendor response must have the following information; • Upload capacity of vendors portal; • Turn around time for document review in days; • Overview of company background, key personnel and 3 higher education institutional references; • Example of vendors portal for uploading; • Number of logins available to UNT for uploads; • Cost per report for “Course by Course” report and “Custom Grade Point Average (GPA) Calculation”.; Mandatory Requirements/Conditions: 3.3.1. Vendors must be NACES Member.; 3.3.2. Confirmation that an international institution holds the equivalent of U.S. regional accreditation is required.; 3.3.3. Vendors must review for an overall equivalency of study, when compared to U.S. standards.; 3.3.4. Review of cumulative GPA for each equivalent degree earned is required.; 3.3.5. Orders and documents will be submitted electronically only.; 3.3.6. Monthly invoicing of services- multiple monthly invoices will not be accepted.; 3.3.7. Mandatory 5-8 business day turn around to complete evaluations.; 3.3.8. Unlimited ability to upload multiple evaluations per day.; 3.3.9. Multiple UNT logins for uploading documents.
