Specifications include, but are not limited to: A contract for services for State Parks Reservations and Point of Sales. 3.1.1.Reservation system must be capable of taking advanced reservations for various “Units”, at a minimum, including; campsites, cabins, group camps, yurts and day use facilities through different channels; the Inntopia website channel, the WVDNRs call center channel, and a field channel at each park’s office. 3.1.2.Reservation system must use real time technology to transmit data between the channels and the vendor’s data storage system so that users in the different channels can see a continuously up to date inventory of available reserve-able “Units”. 3.1.3.Every “Unit Type” will have a descriptor code that is compatible with the Inntopia online reservation system. Examples are: 2BDC for 2 Bedroom Cabin and ES for Electric Campsite. 3.1.4.“Units Types” will be configurable for rates, descriptions, season of availability, and etc. 3.1.5. “Units” will be configurable for rates (if the rate is different than the rate of its “Unit Type”), detailed description, photographs, location and etc.
