Specifications include, but are not limited to: The rent reporting organization will be responsible for working with the administrator (to be selected via a separate bidding process) to enroll up to 400 tenant participants into their service, verify and report rent payments to one or more major credit bureaus for a period of 12 consecutive months, and provide at least six months of retroactive rent verification and reporting, regardless of whether a tenant had a different landlord prior to enrollment. A successful quote will include the following: • The cost to enroll each tenant participant, including providing at least six months of retroactive rent reporting (companies should indicate whether they are able to provide more than six months of retroactive rent reporting as part of their standard enrollment fee); • The cost to provide 12 consecutive months of rent reporting for each tenant participant; • The total cost to provide the abovementioned services for each tenant participant; and • The total cost to provide the abovementioned services for 400 tenant participants.
