Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1 Terms of Award A. The City will create a Qualified Vendor List of all Firms who demonstrate the minimum qualifications. B. The term of the qualified vendor list will be until the end of the 2022 Calendar Year. This term is subject to modification at any time by way of the City’s discretion. C. Contracts for services may be issued at any time throughout the determined term of the qualified vendor list. D. When services are needed; the top scoring vendors in the selected subcategory will be contacted for interviews. E. Once a qualified firm is selected, compensation and any applicable requirements may be negotiated. If the negotiation proves unsuccessful, the process may begin with another firm until a successful agreement is reached.
